- Rental charge is $95.00 if the Katepwa Center is being used for a meeting for local groups and $170.00 for groups from outside the District.
- Rental charge is $170.00 if the Katepwa Center is being used for a function for ratepayers and $320.00 for a function for non-ratepayers of the District.
- No charge for Katepwa Center if the meeting or function is for a public service program put on by the District and had been approved by the District prior to the function.
- All rental rates are to be paid to the District Administrator prior to the function. Cleaning charges are additional. A damage deposit of $250.00 must be paid to the District of Katepwa office before a key will be given out
