EXCITING NEWS! Further paving of the Katepwa Trans Canada Trail will begin this week. This paving is thanks in part to an investment from the Government of Canada through the Canada Community Revitalization Fund in partnership with the District of Katepwa.
We ask that the community help us out by keeping all motorized vehicles off the new pavement for at least two or three days to give it time to properly harden. We will have reminder signs posted, but your attention to this will be greatly appreciated.
We are hopeful that summer has arrived and everyone will take the opportunity to replace Covid “ Screen “ time with “ Green “ time on the Trail.
