Great news, Katepwa!The District of Katepwa has been approved for up to $50,000 in funding from Trans Canada Trail through the Trans Canada Trail Catalyst Grant Program.We’re proud to receive this #TransCanadaTrail grant to enhance our section of the Trail.This funding will support:• Paving the remaining 2 km of trail, including safe turn-out points• Crack sealing and surface repairs along the existing 10 km where requiredThese upgrades will improve safety, accessibility, and the long-term durability of our 10 km Trans Canada Trail corridor connecting Sandy Beach, Katepwa Beach, and South Katepwa.
